  • J. Kavanaugh Tucker

    FOUNDER + MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Prior to founding Adelaide Risk Management, Kav founded Walton Funding, a boutique mortgage lending firm known for its creative capital solutions and high-touch client service. With a deep understanding of finance and risk management, he has built a career at the intersection of wealth management, lending, and investment banking.

    Before launching Walton Funding, Kav was a founding partner at SouthCap Brokerage Group, a private wealth management consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Fixed Income at Credit Suisse in New York, where he specialized in complex financial instruments and capital markets. His extensive experience in these sectors has given him a strong foundation for helping clients navigate financial risk with confidence.

    Kav and his wife Celia reside in Inlet Beach, FL, with their son Huxley.
